In desiring to contract it,

You must basically have regarded it as “expanded”.

In desiring to weaken it,

You must basically have regarded it as “strong”.

In desiring to dissipate it,

You must basically have regarded it as “thriving”.

In desiring to take it,

You must basically have regarded it as “given”.

This is called subtle discerning.

Soft and pliant win over hard and coercive.

Fish cannot leave watery depths.

The state’s beneficial artifacts

Should be displayed to humans.
