The Human Body is magnificent, mysterious and has the ability to heal itself when it is in ‘balance’, that is when all systems are supported by each other. Disrupt this innate ability and healing gets more complicated.

In listing many different articles, videos and links to amazing information and discoveries, we wish to provide the reader with additional knowledge, and cutting edge research about the many areas of complexity of the human body and how we might approach caring for it.

In this approach, we mainly address the physical form and its many systems, organs, function from the outside to the inside.

Our dynamic Human Biofields are addressed on another page, not because these are separate, but just due to the immense amount of information in both areas. Both areas overlap and interact with each other completely. So we wish to break it down in to sections to make study easier like most forms of education.

Due to the tremendous amount of information we are not providing detailed information about the physiological aspects of these many systems and functions of the body, but rather share methods that assist different systems; providing what that would be considered safe for the average healthy person or those with minor complaints.

If you have serious problems then you must take that to your health care specialists and get proper care. We cannot stress that enough. This is more home care and maintenance, and viewpoints on what might help or harm. Ongoing research will be added when available and is relevant to our study here.

The human body is a life time of study. Learning is also life long. Our body will actually teach us if we pay attention.

There are silly people who believe Energy Medicine can heal all things, but we do not believe this. We know that once the body has a truly “physical ailment”, Energy Medicine may help and may even completely heal it, yet it definitely cannot in many situations. I

Macronutrients are eaten in large amounts and include the primary building blocks of your diet which are protein, carbohydrates, and fat as they provide your body with energy. Vitamins and minerals are micronutrients, and small doses go a long way.
